Temporary Closure for Refurbishment

Dear All,

We would like to let you know of the latest developments in our businesses in Bray. First of all, we are delighted to tell you that we are planning to invest €200,000 in a major kitchen refit and refurbishment of backroom facilities in the Barracuda Restaurant. This follows on from our €300,000 investment in the recently opened 70 seat cafe Finnbees Kitchen adjacent to the Aquarium on the Bray seafront which offers breakfast and lunch.

The Barracuda Restaurant closed on the 22nd of August to facilitate the kitchen works and it is intended to reopen in time for the busy Christmas season. The refit is part of our plans to respond to new trends in the hospitality sector whilst ensuring the highest standards are in place to continue to meet demand from locals and tourists for high quality food and beverage. I would like confirm that all Barracuda vouchers will be honoured in Finnbees Kitchen during the renovation process. For more information about Finnbees Kitchen please visit our website: http://finnbeeskitchen.ie/

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you sometime soon

Best regards

Paul & Liz
